Laying up Glued BoardsInto the Glue Cycle

The sorted and grade-optimized staves now have glue applied to their edges.

They are then sent through the compressing and curing process that creates the actual panel from the individual staves.

Fast, precise and a bit messy is an honest description of this critical phase of the process.

Personal inspection and careful ordering of the panels to the directions of the grader in the previous step make sure that each glued panel achieves its maximum quality and value potential.

All this happens fast!
