Inspect and Feed to Sanding PhaseSander OutputInspecting Each Sanded Panel

Glued up and cured panels next go to the inspection and sanding station.

Large drum sanders flatten the panels and establish the desired panel thickness.

Both sides of each and every panel are closely inspected as they come of of the sanding station.

Imperfect panels are rejected or resanded if that is possible.

The real beauty of the panels now begins to emerge.

Even unfinished, these smooth and precise panels catch your eye and are a pleasure to work with.
