Joining Alder and Walnut hardwoods has been our business since 1990.

The many problems and issues that arise are resolved by 50% art, and 50% science.

Really good and totally consistent joints are not easy, but are critical for the high quality end products that we produce.

We strive for perfect joints every time, for both aesthetic and functional reasons.

Being able to very quickly and economically join hardwoods in this way makes good raw lumber even better.

What was graded as an A board, now becomes an ever more perfect and defect free length of wood.

It becomes a glued wood element that can now be combined with others and formed into strong, stable, beautiful and complex panels and shapes.

Wood doesn't grow in all the shapes and sizes we would like to be able to use for our projects.

Our technology solves that problem.
