Techwood has been serving the Puget Sound for over 30 years. We offer premium hardwood products from wood countertops for DIY remodels to cabinetry components for custom construction and butcher blocks for commercial kitchens. Our mill is located in Shelton, 20 minutes outside of Olympia, and we’re happy to work with local trucking companies or hold your products for pick-up. We specialize in Alder and Maple from mills in the Pacific Northwest, and Walnut from the American Glacial region; all of our suppliers are PEFC certified or equivalent and share our commitment to renewable harvesting. Every step of manufacturing is performed in our own mill using non-toxic glues and the most modern machinery to reduce waste and produce the best possible product.

Driving Directions from Seattle:

Follow I-5 South to Olympia.

 Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 104 for US-101 N toward Aberdeen/Port Angeles.

Stay on 101 N towards Shelton/Port Angeles.

Continue for 16.8 miles and turn left on Sanderson Way. We’re located next to the Shelton Airport, just behind Tractor Supply; Look for the blue sawdust tower behind our building.
